Linda Nastari, LCSW
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. My approach is from a relational, behavioral, and psychodynamic perspective. Building trust in the relationship is the most important. I believe the wounds from relationships can be healed through experiencing healthy relationships.
My role is to help you come to a greater understanding of how your mind works, break ineffective patterns, and help resolve deeper issues in a safe, supportive environment.
One aspect I enjoy is working with those of diverse cultures, helping others blend their two worlds while maintaining their own cultural richness. I have also worked within the Christian church community, combining the spiritual and psychological areas of one’s life.
Additionally, I offer consultation services to the elderly and family owned businesses.
